Ad Network Solutions B.V. (hereinafter “Ad Network” or “We” or “the Company”) is strongly committed to protecting your privacy and complying with your choices.

Both personal and non-personal information (as defined below) collected is safeguarded according to the highest privacy and data protection standards adopted in the European Union - the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “GDPR”).

The Privacy Notice was created to inform you what Personal Information we collect when you visit our website and how that Personal Information is collected and used by us. Personal Information will be well secured, and we will not share your Personal Information with third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Personal Information that we collect or receive from you and other data subjects (as defined below) who use the website, register on the website or participate in the promotions or offers available on the website; or with whom we communicate through email or other means.

1. Who We Are

Ad Network is a company incorporated under Dutch law, having its registered address situated at Keizersgracht 203 4, 1016 DS Amsterdam, the Netherlands and bearing company number 88337367.

The Company is an online marketing network that liaises between Affiliates and Advertisers to achieve maximum sales results for all parties through strong relationships and the power of technology.

3. What Is Personal Information?

The GDPR defines personal data (defined below as “Personal Information”) as:

“any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;”

The GDPR defines non-personal data (hereinafter “Non-Personal Data”) as:

“data other than personal data’ (e.g., anonymous data).”

4. Collection of Personal Information

1. Your Personal Information will not be shared, rented or sold to any third party;
2. We use state of the art security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorised users; and
3. We give you the possibility to control the Personal Information that you share with us (opt-out).

Ad Network is committed to processing Personal Information in accordance with its responsibilities under the GDPR. Article 5 of the GDPR requires that Personal Information (personal data as defined under GDPR) shall be:

6. processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures (‘integrity and confidentiality’).”

When you visit our website, information about your visit (e.g. how you navigate the site) may be collected and stored. This information may include the length of your visit, the date and time of your visit, the pages you look at and the sites you visit before and after leaving our site.

It does not include personally-identifiable information such as your name, mailing or email address or telephone number. We use this non-identifiable and aggregate information to better design our website and for the purpose of optimizing our services and/or business. We also may share this general non-identifiable information with our affiliates, suppliers, sponsors and advertisers.

We will clearly inform you when Personal Information is asked for and you will have the choice to provide it or not. Generally, this information is requested when you register for our services.

Ad Network will only use Personal Information provided by you and other data subjects who use the website for purposes that you have provided it for, including those to operate, provide, improve, and maintain our website and services; to respond to your inquiries and provide other customer services; as well as for other administrative and internal business purposes.

Your Personal Information will be used:

1. To establish your account, to communicate with you and for ongoing record keeping, required by Ad Network.
2. To register you as an affiliate.
3. To send you email notifications about our new or existing products and services, special marketing promotions or to otherwise contact you.
4. To enhance existing features or develop new feature products and services.
5. To provide advertisers and other third parties with aggregate information about our user base and usage patterns
6. To allow us to personalize the content and advertising that you and others see based on personal characteristics or preferences.

Your Non-Personal Data including cookies, web beacons, etc., will be used only for system administration and for improvement of our services (e.g. to keep track of visitors sent by the Company's partners to advertisers' website). This ensures our partners get credited for services they provide to advertisers, and advertisers get complete package of services the Company provides.

Your log information is necessary to validate and authorize your entry and activity on the website.

Where We have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and for complying with any other security procedures that we notify you of.

Except as specifically set forth in this Privacy Notice, Ad Network will not share, sell, rent or trade your Personal Information with any entity outside of Ad Network for promotional purposes. Inside Ad Network, Personal Information is stored behind multiple firewalls on secure servers with restricted user access.

In very rare instances Ad Network may disclose your Personal Information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

1. Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Ad Network;
2. Protect and defend the rights or property of Ad Network and its group of companies; and
3. Act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Ad Network, its websites or the public.

6. Consent

When you provide your Personal Information, you consent that it can be used for the above purposes and that Ad Network is an authorised holder of such Personal Information. If you choose not to register or provide Personal Information you can still use our website, but you will not be able to receive additional services or access certain areas that require registration. When you activate your account, you provide your consent to occasionally receive information from us. In each communication from us you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from further communications; alternatively, you may contact us to express your choices at the address provided at the bottom of this document.

7. Security of Personal Information & Disclosure of Personal Information

Ad Network is strongly committed to protecting your information and ensuring that your choices are honoured. We have taken strong security measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. All sensitive Personal Information is stored behind multiple firewalls on secure servers with restricted employee access.

We guarantee that all e-commerce transactions follow the latest security measures and use the best available technologies. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is employed when you place an online order or transmit sensitive information. SSL is one of the safest methods of passing information over the Internet.

8. Retention of Personal Information

Personal Information associated with your account will generally be kept until it is no longer necessary to provide the services or until you ask us to delete it, or your account is deleted whichever comes first.

This is subject to any legal obligations which permit us to retain it for a longer period. In any event, we will not retain your Personal Information longer than the maximum period allowed by the existing legislation.

Additionally, we may retain Personal Information from deleted accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the terms of use which you adhered to when opening an account with us, and take other actions permitted by law. The Personal Information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Finally, your Personal Information could also be stored for sales statistical purposes.

9. The Use of Email Addresses

Your email address will only be used to contact you in order to provide the services offered by Ad Network. This may include notifications on offer changes, your campaign updates, newsletters, and may, for this purpose, be shared with the tools Ad Network uses to execute those services.

Email addresses will never be provided to any third party, without your written approval, or electronic consent from you. You can opt out from Ad Network’s newsletters and from other email related activities by adjusting the settings of your accounts, by unsubscribing from the newsletters themselves using an opt-out link, or by providing the Company with a written notice (email is sufficient).

10. EU and EEA Users’ Rights

If you are habitually located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights by sending an official request to us regarding your Personal Information via email to the following address: info@gotzha.com.

1. To access the Personal Information we hold on you;
2. To request the rectification of your Personal Information;
3. To request the erasure of your Personal Information;
4. To request to restrict processing of your Personal Information;
5. To object to us processing your Personal Information;
6. To request to transfer your Personal Information (e.g. data portability);
7. To file a complaint to a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction; and
8. To withdraw any consent related to your Personal Information.

Your request will be executed no later than 30 (thirty) days from receipt of your initial request.

Should a data breach related to your Personal Information occur, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours thereof.

The Company reserves the right to the Company to charge a fee for the processing of repetitive and excessive Data Subject Access Requests (as defined under the GDPR). In doing so, the Company will justify the charge and prove that the requests are excessive and repetitive in line with this Policy.

Because we cannot control the activities of third parties, we cannot accept responsibility for any use of your Personal Information by such third parties and we cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy practices as us.
